The Scan, Pay, Win initiative, started by our SG Digital Office (SDO) has been encouraging our hawkers and stallholders to adopt digital payment modes such as providing QR codes for payment.
Under this initiative, 42 lucky consumers and the stalls which they have patronised would be selected for the monthly lucky draw when they pay via SGQR at the stalls. 
Happy to share that one of our very own Woodgrove stallholders, Mr Ivan Lee at Ivan’s Carbina has been selected as one of the winners as his stall was patronised by the winning consumer! 
Honoured to be able to share Ivan’s joy as I presented the prize to him at the stall.
Took the opportunity thereafter to savour several of my favorite dishes from his stall – Chicken Garlic Sausage with Rosti, Crispy Dory Fish n Chips and Chicken Chop with Rosti.
